Emily - in 3D. Crossview / cross-eyed freeview
Position your thumb just below and between the two images. Focusing on your thumb, bring it forwards till it is about half way between your eyes and the screen. Behind your thumb (keep looking at it) the two images should have become three. If not, move your thumb a little. When there are three images, transfer your focus to the middle one, which you will now be looking at cross-eyed, and at first it will look blurry and confusing, but after a few seconds it should suddenly snap into a clear 3D picture. If this doesn't happen (many people can't do it) you should not try for too long or you may strain your eyes and give yourself a headache.
